Here you will see the tranny tunnel come into shape.  I used 3/4" square tubing here not the 1-1/4" tubing used on the main chassis rails.

There was a long break not working on the car here because i gutted and remodeled the kitchen in the house.

At this point i started to layout the rear axle, you can see the CAD image of the axle design
